Sky Free uses carefully selected sub-processors to operate the service. This page lists current categories. Exact vendors can vary by deployment and customer configuration.

02Current Sub-processor Categories

| Hosting / infrastructure providers | Application hosting, databases, object storage, CDN, and networking | Cloud hosting and object storage used for the deployment (for example Railway, Fly.io, DigitalOcean Spaces, or equivalent) |
| Meta Platforms | WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messaging connectivity | Meta Graph API / Cloud API webhooks and media |
| Payment processors | Subscription billing and checkout | Stripe, Razorpay, Dodo Payments, Cashfree (as configured per platform) |
| Email delivery | Transactional email (OTP, receipts, notifications) | SMTP / SES or equivalent email provider configured for the platform |
| AI model providers | Optional AI features on conversations when enabled by the Controller | OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, or other models configured in AI settings |
| Analytics (optional) | Product analytics when cookie consent for analytics is granted | Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (only when configured and consented) |
